September 10, 2021 Big 12 adds BYU along with Houston, UCF and Cincinnati 47 days after Texas and Oklahoma annouce their departure from the conference and 30 days after Kliavkoff tells them to pound sand
Nov. 29, 2021 USC hires Lincoln Riley
June 30, 2022 one year after Kliavkoff is hired USC and UCLA break from PAC
August 1, 2022 Brett Yormark takes over Big 12.
August 18, 2022 one year after Kliavkoff takes the helm at the PAC,
B1G signs seven-year media rights deal with CBS, Fox and NBC** worth $8.4B,
up from their $2.64 billion deal with Fox and ESPN that is due to expire 2023
(Gee I wonder how much value UCLA and USC added to that deal?)
October 30, 2022 sixty days after the start of his tenure Brett Yormark announces six-year, $2.3 billion extension of B12 media rights agreement with ESPN and Fox Sports after asking for an early renegotiation date for rights that expire in 2025
Feb 10, 2023 Texas and OU annouce early departure from Big 12 and will pay $100mm to cover Big 12 liabilities to Fox.

June 13, 2023 SDSU sends request for extension to the window for notice of intent to leave to Mountain West.
Mountain West accepts letter as an LOI to leave.
Jul 18, 2023 SDSU renews ties with Mountain West to hold onto their current $4mm or so annual media share and accepts $34mm buyout if they leave within two years. Mountain West has a deal with CBS and Fox through 2026. Maybe they heard about the Comcast overpayments that the PAC must repay which will dilute any payouts from any future media partner?
July 21, 2023 two years after being hired Kliavkoff has:
1. no media deal to present on PAC Media Day at the Zouk Nightclub after months of rumors of a streaming only deal stewing in the background. "Let's talk football!"
2. one year after departure of USC and UCLA, no new PAC members to announce.
July 27, 2023 Colorado leaves to head back to the Big 12
