Didn't like playground football but Caleb had he best play action I have ever seen. Had no idea who had the ball for a couple steps. Moss's handoffs have no mesh to them. They are all very stiff and extended.
If he leaned into the handoff and moved with the RB and occasionally pulled it out, I would think there would be opportunities. But he stands back. Extends his arms stiff Obvious he's handing off.
My point is that I don't think you need to be all that fast or quick to execute that play and frankly I had assumed it was something Riley taught. But clearly this is different.
