You got it wrong as usual. Oregon has no pull with the Alums for raising cash to afford larger NIL at BAMA whereas the mention of USC , A&M and Texas does. The last two because they are in the SEC but USC because they have the name and reputation that says we can dominate you and the rest of the SEC from the time we went to BAMA and unleashed Sam Cunningham to the days of Pete Carroll when everyone in CFB was scared to play USC and that included the SEC after they destroyed SEC teams that were supposedly really good on their home fields.. ...heritage, tradition and great programs can do that for you...Oregon on the other hand is one winning season from looking for a new HC and moving to a non-discript conference..

Actually I got it exactly right - Herman's Head thinks Saban sees it as the University of Zero with Zero championships as a non-rival vs the University of LIP (Living In the Past) with many championships as a rival. It's the quite obvious angle any Trojan would take.

C'mon, Mr. Hick, you aren't this obtuse, are you? The reality is USC is playing the NIL game as much, or likely even more, than most.

Glad this Herman's Head guy figured it out for you SC fans. Now you can sleep well at night believing the Trojan way is the right and just way (wait, is that another USC scandal about to drop?!?) and with dreams of maybe finally beating Oregon for the first time since the Obama administration dancing in your and Herman's Head.

No you didn't get it...it was all about getting cash from the Alums and Boosters for NIL and Oregon doesn't mean shet to those folks...USC on the other hand ..thats a program when it has a coach that scares the shet out of them..
