according to a report on Youtube....going to place a review on the contracts between athletes and third party agreement. IThere will be a Clearinghouse that will look over any deal over $600 by a third party not associated with the school. In other words they are going to look at the expenditures and guarantees that third parties are negotiating with the players. Not sure how effective this will be but it's a start..

logistically impossible given the sheer number of athletes and the fact that these would all have to be reviewed yearly. And frankly, this would probably have to withstand a legal challenge which it would lose. The horse left the barn. Too late now.
that should take 6 or 8 years to move it's way through the courts. sc
Gonna take a lot more than that.
And I guarantee you the NCAA won't be backing anything up with repercussions. They are toothless. True reform won't happen until a different body takes control of things.
