he was like Riley last year. Starting out at a program that needed a roster overhaul.
We'll see how well he coaches in a league with a slightly better reputation and better athletes. Last year he had a talent advantage in probably most of his games. That won't be true in 2023.
AAR, next year's recruiting cycle will be similar to USC's this year. You've identified spots on the team that still need attention; otherwise, you need to start focusing more on HS recruits to build depth and the team mentality. You can't rely on mercenaries every year.
Latest rankings I saw had UCLA 1 and Colorado two with USC 5. However these rankings are very misleading. Colorado and UCLA rank higher because of numbers but USC’s quality is much higher than either one. I would not trade USC’s 13 portal transfers for Colorado’s 26. UCLA’s quality is also higher than Colorado
The PAC will set-up quite nicely for him, so I am sure he will do well. I am expecting a "Mora-Like" tenure, but instead of getting a divorce and swan diving into unemployment, De-I-E-I-O-N will settle in the 7-8 win a season category after year 5.

Oregon’s portal transfers equal in quality USC’s but USC has 13 to Oregon’s 10. Both are rated 84 plus
