Just hire a coach that can teach these kids how to tackle and we go to the playoffs. I would like to see what our W/L record is when we have a game where we only get 1 turnover or less. I bet it isn't good. Which is why this scheme built on getting turnovers vs teaching these guys pursuit angles and proper tackling techniques failed.
