especially Georgia
teams are built the same way and operate the same way
Notre Dame was huge if you didn't notice
saw some AA level play by Foskey and Bertrand on D
which SC overcame
Bennett is a better runner than Pyne
but Pyne did get the job done on short to medium throws
until he took more risks later in the game after SC dialed up the pressure
Michigan backs are better breakaway threats
J.J. McCarthy throws a better deep ball than Pyne
Bennett and McCarthy can run to move the sticks
but neither strike me as a running threat
If either Notre Dame or Georgia get down by two TDs
it's really hard for them to recover
Michigan has the better tool box for a comeback
but is it really their game?
very optimistic about SC's future
one game at a time though
thoughts?
Didn’t Michigan lose their back for the season?
We could hang for a half. Their depth would wear the D down.
I think it’d be like UW v Bama a few years ago, with more scoring. Instead of 24-7, more like 37-24. Not a blow out, but never in the game.
