I posted earlier this year that there was talent outside Bosco and MD. That there was talent in the IE, the HD. I was noting Karson Cox going to UCLA as an example.
Oak Hills also is sending kids on scholarship to Fresno State, BYU, San Diego State and UN Reno. Last year or year before they sent a WR to Washington and he played in the NC game.
They'd probably have two more scholarship guys this year but two of their Senior starters are going to college on baseball scholarships if they aren't drafted. Jacob Wester was their QB and likely would have gotten a football ride except Oak was a running team and he plays QB as a break from baseball. Throws 90+ and is a legit SS so he way not even make it on campus.
Anyway, there's some decent talent in the area, for those shocked that UCLA would land a guy from out here.
10-11" is pretty tall, maybe his strike zone was a bit too big and reason for all-time PFA strike out leader?
