SC appears highly likely to get ND Decommit Elijah Paige. He would be the fifth offensive line commit in the Trojans' class, joining, Santa Clara three-star prospect Amos Talalele, All-American Micah Banuelos, Grant Union interior lineman Alani Noa and Ventura tackle Tobias Raymond.

Henson is a great coach. He might not be the best recruiter, but most olinemen aren’t dumb. A perfect fit since USC is believed to be one of a handful of schools which recruits itself.

I believe that would be two 4 stars. And 3 also rans. Which would be a lot better than things looked a mo th or two ago. Not great but could be far worse.

What we don’t know is how good these guys are at evaluation. Ed orgeron didn’t care what stars a guy had. He knew a good motor when he saw one and then could coach him up. So stars didn’t matter. Ed had an eye. No clue if these coaches do or not

I remember when Coach O as interim, offered Nwosu who was a 2*. I thought it was a move to get commitments and secure the permanent gig. Nwosu was really good at SC and has been solid in the NFL.
