Opening lines week 3

BYU got banged up last night (don’t have any injury report or know if any guys who went down had serious inj). Didn’t look like serious injuries, but that game was very physical and went late into the evening. Also, Autzen is a really tough place to play. Stay away from that one.

They are both terrible but with Notre Dames quarterback problem I think Cal loses but beats the spread

Yeah that second half showed me new season coach or not this usc team is capable of sucking. And maybe second half wasn’t sucking. It was mediocre. Fortunately it’s like the dodgers and Craig kimbrel. You can get away with sucking and giving up 4 runs in the 9th if you were ahead 8-1 going in. But as a fan you get the gnawing feeling that might show up at the wrong time later on

The game was over at half time and the USC kids were making plans for when they got home. and ourc defense held Stanford to 120 second half yards. Don’t let two junk fourth quarter td’s mislead you. This was a 41-14 game not a wow that was a really close game that Stanford could have won JMHO

Java I watched 14 straight hours of college football and the one thing I learned was that no defense can stop even a descent offense. And in every single game . All not just some but all defensive backs are now reduced to holding on every play. They would rather get called for holding than get beat deep. I think they reason that the officials can’t call holding on every play. and I might be wrong on certain things I say about USC but one thing I got right was that the offensive line would be good maybe very good.
