It is THE toughest place to win in the country. The crowd is full of battery throwing derelicts and the team feeds off their raw, uneducated emotion. It's like Thunderdome up there. Can UCLA beat MasterBlaster? We'll see, it will take a perfect game.
BS....;go down to SEC country like a place like LSU if you want tough places to play and win when LSU actually has a team worth anything...same could be said about the swamp when Florida is good...Oregon leads the country in asshole fans but not the toughest place to play...how big is that stadium? How long do the fans sit outside waiting to get a shot at getting in? How many shots of corn liquor before the game? Not even close...
In regards to LSU a close friend of mine played for Nebraska back in the Osborne days and told me when they played at LSU the players go through a long corridor to get to the field and up above are wooden slats with about a 2 inch gap and thousands of fans are screaming tiger bait, tiger bait before hitting the field. He said the place is insane. As far as Autzen I can tell you this it’s the loudest stadium in the Pac12 and I’ve been to them all except Tempe.
