I don't see USC nor OSU/Michigan agreeing to this. Right now, the western part of the B1G is really weak and USC/UCLA are being brought in to balance out the conference power. The permanent opponents should reflect this. As I suggested yesterday, Northwestern makes sense for a yearly trip to Chicago (alternate the Home/Away with the ND game) to replace the weekender. Nebraska makes sense from a travel perspective.
