Holy Toledo. I've never had this much fun with USC R news ever. We are on a high, now we got to close the others. Mucho Mahalo Bruddah Ballss for posting updates. You da MVP at WW board. Big Shaka!
USC needs to convert some of these predictions. Ili, Arrington, Lyons, Pepe
Pepe is very good news. After losing Greene I said that USC would be happy at this point to wrap up Pepe, Malakai Lee. And Utu. Can't believe Utu wanted to commit and USC said no. WTF?
If they could get a 5 star, and 3 4 stars in Tafa, Lee and Utu, and then have a bunch of developmental 3 star bodies in Smith, Fifita, Vlad etc that is a really good OL class.
DId not even have this Obot guy on any recruiting lists. 4 star you say? Been a long time since USC accumulated a ton of high star talent on the OL so the more the merrier. I suppose you can manipulate things so these guys can be on campus anywhere from 3-6 years, with 4-5 more likely. So if you really are recruiting well, and are the hot hand. And if it's a good year for OL then you can recruit enough to really cover you for 2 classes.
Utu said he wanted to commit last fall, sounds like the coaches wanted to see more film. Still sounds crazy to not take his commitment. I don’t get it either. Lee is visiting today and brought his family. That’s always a good sign.
Obot is the Number 1 player in Idaho. Not sure what the competition is like there but he has a lot of offers. Including Oregon and UW who know those territories well.
