Earlier this season, Colorado football players took issue with Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule for having a "disrespectful" pregame meeting on the Buffaloes' midfield logo.
Now, a couple of weeks later, Colorado's players are getting called out for something similar.
Colorado players appeared to intentionally stomp on Oregon's midfield logo ahead of kickoff on Saturday.
"2 weeks after being “disrespected” by NU when the Huskers offered CU to join them at midfield for a pre-game prayer, Buff players walk all over the O in Autzen. One player even kicks up some turf while he’s at it," a Nebraska fan account tweeted.
It's a bit hypocritical, at least.
"Fully prepared to say Colorado has re-entered the team I want to fail most conversation. I order a coke, they get a Pepsi. I like coffee, they like tea. I say the words “thank you”, they punch the waiter in the face," one fan wrote.
"A culture of grievance will destroy you from the inside," one fan added.
"This Colorado Prime experiment is either gonna result in an early-2000's Miami-esque run of dominance or a humiliating culture collapse with locker room infighting that makes the current Chicago Bears look like the Toretto family,' one fan added.
Saturday afternoon's game will be a fun one.
