NCAA football is going to resemble the nba soon. Guys like Lebron and Durant jumping around to the teams or coaches they want to play for. The transfer portal today is like the jc colleges 40 years ago. Need some o linemen - grab some starters from the acc or Boise State type schools. Need a RB, grab one from a P5 school that is struggling. Need a QB - grab one from a school that just had a coaching change. I don't like it, but its saving SC's bacon now.

It is. I think it’s funny that everyone’s pretending that a kid decides to leap from his existing school with no idea Where he’s going. Enters the portal. Then decided his future in a matter of days or weeks. Yeah right.

Bolstering for next year. Difference now is that last year they got started late. No one knew what to expect. And the present state was a pile of manure. Now the future looks bright. Hot coach in ace. Ranked team. I’m guessing they should be able to attract quite a high quality transfer at positions of need next year. And would guess it will be a much smaller class.
