They didn’t look terrible. Both of them threw several dimes but each guy had a pass or two that they’d like back. No need to force throws. Learn to check down.
Tyler Buechner? Or am I tripping balls here (punny) wasn’t Quinn Buckner a hoops player?
Who is emerging?
Jalen Milroe (No. 12 QB in ‘21)
Tyler Buchner (No. 14 QB in ‘21)
Ty Simpson (No. 2 QB in ‘22)
Eli Holstein (No. 7 QB in ‘23)
Dylan Lonergan (No. 13 QB in ‘23)
Saban loves those Cali QB’s…. What would Saban have done without the TP (same question for many teams inc USC)? Without a competent QB, you have zero chance these days. The Buckner kid can make plays, just not an overly impressive athlete IMO. im guessing he wins the job.
Bama is losing their access to west coast qbs. This is why USC matters.
When USC sucked in the 80s and 90s and WC recruits flocked to florida schools, guess what? FSU, UF and Miami were at the top of their games. Pete Carroll and Norm Chow turn off the tap, FSU and Miami have sucked since then and UF fell off the globe when Urban Meyer left.
