Offense is still ahead of the defense although d showed better on saturday's scrimmage than they have.
Some real battles at the qb spot. Definitely a raw but talented group at db - this seems to be the duck's biggest potential issue but i defer to tee or laduck. Cristobal's coaches speak indicates he's good with overall progress. No injuries.
I think it's just me these days--sorry, guys....I haven't seen TEE post here unless he's using a different name?
I'd actually say our biggest weaknesses this season will be Safety, OL and maybe QB. Safety a huge weakness with 2 starters opting out last season will be a huge question mark this season as well. CB will be fine provided no injuries...no depth there but the starting 2 CBs are good. OL just needs time to gel, but still is at least a season away from being all that good imo. Anthony Brown should be fine at QB provided he doesn't try to do too much. He won't remind anyone of Herbert, of course, but he also has seen it all and won't get rattled like Tyler Shough would.
We quacks are cautiously optimistic about this coming season. Losing a bunch of starters who opted out, plus no spring/no conditioning really hurt this team as was evident during the COVID-shortened season. Our offense should be much better than what everyone last saw of us vs Iowa State....
