We have 28 people (inc 4 doctors) 4 bbqs, 5 full racks of ribs, bbq chicken, 3 tri-tips, a few hot dogs and a ton of other food (inc home made empanadas) along with 4 giant coolers for beverages. Wife preps home made potato salad and a ton of cut up strawberries to top vanilla ice cream. We have to get four 20 pound bags of ice. Been doing that for 12 years now. The ribs go on at 3, the tri tips at 3:30 and the brined chicken at 4, kebabs with sliced veggies at 4:40. Dinner with 4 salads around 5.

Nice, coach! We have our annual neighborhood 4th of July pool party/cookout which includes adult beer dive, coin dive, soda dive for the kids, watermelon football between the adults and the big kids (Adults always win) limbo contest and belly flop contest off the diving board.
Now it’s up to 38 people.
