USC moved from running a program like it was bogged down in the 1980's to a Program that is leading edge with the things they are doing to manage this program IMHO. The game has changed so much that you basically need to run a program like an NFL program .....pretty soon they wil b e moving to scouts like Conner Stalllion across the whole CFB landscape...
