USC lb NUmber one PG went from sitting on the bench at SC to sitting on the bench at osu- former five star from Bishop Gorman.
Yes 247 will do regular high school rankings, transfer portal rankings, and a combined ranking(new this year). Ryan Abraham or an assistant said as much on a podcast. Since transfers can happen until August not sure when that part will be done, think after Spring ball.
