I would've guessed right. It's a grind for coaches in their 40s. The ncca is destroying cfb in so many ways and will continue to do so by not regulating NIL and recruiting rules, (open portals and 2 signing days). Do college coaches have any home life these days?
I doubt he hold this year or last years recruiting class he was leaving. And what the heck, kids leave all the time or renege on commitments. I dont think he has an obligation to explain himself. Good luck to him, I hope he enjoys the years he has left, and i hope its plenty of years
