I told you Texas has a huge selection of license plates?

Obviously Texas themed, charities, military, high schools, pro teams, and universities/colleges.

They offer all the B12, most SEC, and a couple P12 schools…ASU and Colorado.

So Ive been reaching out to TexasDMV, and was told, absolutely USC Trojans can be added, just have a representative from the school reach out to us. Sweet!

I contact a couple people from USC( Im not sure who I needed to reach out to on this) didn’t get a response. Tried another person. Nothing.

Finally I got a response but she was not sure who I needed to speak with. And was given that contact info.

That person said yes, great idea, let me run it up the flag pole, and get back to you.

Cool!

So some time goes by, and I decide to reach out about any updates.

I was told….

”No update to provide yet. Athletics would really prefer for California to be the first USC plate in the market. We are working diligently on that process, but it does require some California legislation changes which takes some time. Once that’s finished, then we’ll likely look to expand USC plates to additional states beyond California.”

Facepalm!

Ill be dead and gone before that legislation gets passed.

I don’t understand why Texas has to wait for California? The plates have nothing to do with each other?!?!? Having a SC plate in Texas had zero bearing on plates in California.

Oh well….
