Just a wild thought, is it possible to start"The Church of Football" and make it a religion and then just have donors give to the church and get a write-off, of which the church turns around and gives it to recruits? Can't imagine that would be any more difficult to set-up than Scientology or some of those other wild religions. If NIL was tax deductible it would really open the doors, these kids would be running around like Saudi Princes.
