It was reportd that o SEC programs have the latest bid up to $2-3M Whoever made that deal better have a contractual agreement in place to lock him down to playing nowhere else in CFB after it's signed....

The first bid of $1M for one season didn't come from the SEC although he eventually get one or more fro the SEC...Big 10 also has at least one or two schools also ready to jump on this guy..
