Did you miss the part where I said Bosco and Mater Dei are two of the best high school football teams of all time. They are that good. What they did to Serra they would do to many other high school powers all over the nation.

No, I didn’t miss your “claim.” What I’m telling you is the 2022 Mater Dei AND SJB trams are probably NOT those school’s best teams of all time. so no, I don’t agree that those 2 teams are the best Hs teams of all time… And Mater Dei‘s best players are all Soph and Jrs. That would mean next year‘s MD team will be, by far, the best Hs fb team of all time, by your estimation. I’m going to disagree you you there. Maybe, but that could certainly be argued.

So here’s my point…. Don’t allow SJB or MD to ever play a team from No Cal again,,, Not ever. IMO, the majority of Trinity League teams are better than No Cal’s Serra (J Serra, Santa Margarita and OLou). Same league, same area

There were 5/6 years in a row that De La Salle beat the top team in So cal including the catholic league powers. I believe Serra San Mateo beat Long Beach poly in the second highest class game a few years ago. It has not been as one sided in the open division as the last few years suggest. Regards
