They didn't need ot fix it USC and Garrett along with USC's west coast power and their taking recruits out of everyones back yard...and then kicking ass on the ACC, Big12 , SEC and Note Dame and challnging Miami as the power of college football was all it took..

Well, might be a tat off topic. but the NCAA sure "fixed it" when they did not like a USC powerhouse.

Here are the members of the Selection Commitee and as you can see one of the members SEC recused himslf from the selection, leaving two so called SEC possible members in RC Slocam from ASU and Texas A&M retired, Big 10 has two, Big 12 has 3, PAC has 2, Notre Dame has 1, Mountain West has 1, Sun Belt has 1, ACC has 1 and the chair of the Commitee is Gary Barta AD for the University of Iowa.....I just don't see how that mix would favor the SEC

SC that is a lie...I clearly gave you the rationale for the way it was going to break. Like I said Georgia beat 6 ranked teams and went 5-1, Notre Dame played 2 ranked teams and went 1-1. Michigan played 3 ranked teams and went 2-1 and CIncinnati played 1 ranked team and went 1-0. Alabama played 5 ranked teams and went 4-1 ...Tell me again why the two teams that played and beat more ranked teams the anyone should play each other in the first round of the playoffs? Tell me again why the two teams that just played each other should play each other again at the start of the playoffs? Tell me again why Notre Dame that doesn't belong to a conference ( amd didn't need to play anoher team for the right to a conference championship and basically played no one should even be considered for a playoff birth? Looks to me that the green eyed monster of envy plays into the thought process of most of you guys...lots of SEC envy on this board...IMHO...let me add the two teams that were ranked #1 all season deserve to be matched up in the finals if they can get by the contenders...
