Start planning your away weekends next fall

B1G coming out with the dates for our conference games today at 1 pm PT.

I'll miss going to games in Arizona for sure, but can't wait to attend games in stadiums I've never been to before.

And it just occurred to me, pretty much everyone who posts on the WW is going to the B1G next fall.....just Trojans and Bruins and Dawgs and Ducks on here these days, as sad as that is....

I'm taking a roadie to Lincoln for sure. Not sure yet about State Penn.

Done Michigan, Rutgers, MSU and Nebraska so Penn St was at the top of the list amongst the others, but not in the 2nd week of November. I think the next time UW plays @ PSU is in 2027. I just hope it is earlier in the season.

Iowa looks good for this season. Never been in Iowa, my distant family's tree settled in northern Iowa from the Old Country and we have an acquaintance there.

I will definitley do Nebraska again and Michigan was good, but I am not sure I want to do Ohio St. We get enough of those type of fans just 250 miles to the south.

That will last one year. After going to the Midwest and East Coast in November, you will realize it's no fun.

you will wish for Furd, , Cal, AZ schools in Nov. hell, even the Beavs.

I don't see the Beavs scheduling the Ducks ever again nor UW. Not the way they they were stabbed in the back. And then tried to vote to dissolve the league leaving them no where to go.

When the news dropped that UW was going to the B1G, that gave us new stadium ventures to go to, but knew right away not after the middle of October. I don't need to travel 3000 miles to sit in an environment I can get here. Sure, we plan the away games around other activites but those activities are better served when the weather is even just decent (no temps below 50).

Don't be surprized if Cal and Furd are in the B1G some day.
