IRS Investigation into it being a non-profit finds it doesn't meet that status and has basically killed their 12th Man Plus Nil Organization. Also the NCAA is now enforcing the twice transfer rule and disallowing transfers without extreme circumstances from moving from school to school without sitting out a season...how many jump ship now?

Good. I don't like all this unfettered free agency
I saw a bunch of people whining on Twitter about some kid who couldn't go from bum f-- state to North Carolina and they're like "oh but his grandma is sick"
Bahahahahaha whose grandma isn't sick? That's what grandmas are. They're all sick. He wanted to step up from bfe university and had a shot to be a Tar Heel. That's why he wanted to move. It was like a promotion. And boom. Stonewalled. He should have claimed racism because skme guy at a gas station looked at him funny. That would do it. Gotta know how to play the system
Slight adjustment--the IRS situation is less of an investigation and more of a decision. The IRS already ruled that their from of NIL cooperative does not qualify as a 501 c3, so donations arent tax deductible. However, keep in mind a business could still spend to the NIL as a promotional expense provided its handled competently.
