9-3 high, with 2 additional losses IF we have injuries in the front 7, or OT. We have 4 RBs, so we need to stay healthy there too, but not as concerned with this unit. Worth mentioning since we have a 1st yr stating qb and entering B1G

Schedule is manageable.

LSU replaces a bunch. OC, DC, QB, 2 top WRs, their D is suspect at best….still have Kelly as HC.

@Michigan they replace even more. HC, DC, OC, QB, RB, WR, TE, 6 OLers with starting experience, 3 DL with starting experience. And we get them early. Very winnable game.

@Washington replaces the entire staff and 20 5th and 6th year players. Totally different club this year.

Not easy, but doable. The defense, especially in the B10 will be vastly improved. Only two teams have potential high scoring offenses….Pedd St and LSU.

SC, potentially, will have the best secondary in the B10. Top 3 for sure.

We saw what a QB that follows Riley’s offense can do, vs Louisville. SCs WR corp is arguably top 2 in conference along with Oregon. They have the most underrated RB, in Woody Marks. A bowling ball from Miss State.

S&C has seen massive improvements, no more Kenyan marathoners. SC is a lot bigger and stronger.

I think people are looking backwards too much with their assessment of this team.
