My gut feeling is OSU didn’t think he was worth that much and decided they could put the NIL money to better use on other players
Who is the player? After a little google search, sounds like the player in question is edge rusher Damon Wilson.
This whole thing is disgusting. Just give the NC to the team that has the most NIL $$$.
