Dabo should be # 1. Two NCs with small budget and no transfers.
Hopefully the Ducks offer him $15 mil/ yr after Lanning is fired by the end of 2025.

Without "big budgets" I'd say the only "proven" head coaches are Smart, DeBoer and Kelly.
And even with that, big budgets will only get you so far.

JD Pickell is an SEC homer....take the big spenders out of the equation and as far as coaching goes..Day, Sarkisian and Lanning would move down those spots...
10M per is way too much to not be on this list. Should be in the upper half frankly, but not even close.
