Why would you want Flowe, he cannot stay healthy, and when he was, he couldnt crack the Ducks starting lineup. There is a reason Ducks fans are happy he is leaving.
As far as top transfers...I'd look at BAMA which currently has 12 players in the Portal. 10 of thse were 4 or 5 stars. Among those are OL's that were starters one guy had 25 starts under his belt and another was rated the 6th best player in the country as a HS recruit and was a starter at Tackle as a frosh
