Whoever made that list is not very good at his calling...and it will show when the college football season plays out...some of those guys are way overrated while others are way underrated...
Carson Beck is only #1 because he's at UG with a lot of great players... wouldn't be my #1. The guy fro PSU ..give me a break...Milrose has a great long passer but his decision making and short game are lacking...he does however have great legs...Wil Howard and Nico are too low..gonna be a lot of surprises rearing their heads when the season starts....

Interesting list. I could be off, but I count 6 of the 10 who either originally played for pac-12 teams and/or now play for (former) pac-12 teams.
The Pac-12: Even in the midst of its death throes is still the conference of quarterbacks.
