Yep. Ducks have had their share of East Coast guys leave after a year.

They show up in September wondering when the Sun comes out. After being told June, they’re outta there right after quarter ends in December.

Have had a couple not even make it to first week of classes.

Culture shock. No black chicks, rain, white fat chicks wearing sweat shirts .

NIL has helped though. You pay enough and they figure it’s only 4 years of their life for a million .

Would like to see him play some Wr; he catches everything thrown to him. Strong running after catch, great leaping ability. I see a lot of Drake London in him as a Wr, but faster...

Alex Payne is much higher rated than Carde Smith. Carde probably found out that USC has flipped 1 (maybe 2) higher-rated OLs.....best of luck to Carde and Deion.

Care Smith was an OL who just dropped usc so getting this guy is just treading water

Hope that’s true. If usc gets Payne they will have signed 3 tackles. Thats pretty unusual for one class. Unless they plan to turn 1 into a center. I generally think usc over recruits ol and hope Riley will take his philosophy there.

I’d like to see them recruit 2 tackles two guards and 1 c a year with the assumption they will a tackle and a guard every year due to portal and a c every other year. That should leave them 3 centers. 5 tackles and 5 guards. Not sure if I am assuming too many are leaving there or nothing enough depth but that’s generally how I see it
