waaaay ahead of Oregon, who is in 2nd. Trojans have 2 5* committed, the rest of the pac has 0. Looks like we are pressing for commitments from our recruits way earlier than we usually do. we have 2 silent commits that will go public very soon. Both are 5* and both are linemen. The only thing that could fuck up this class is s bad showing this fall. But thats not gonna happen. we getting errbody.

Very true. Oregon has national pull. 20+ is not a small class. Try 12. The Trojans seem to have developed a Texas pipeline that potentially will be better than the previous Florida pipeline. Also, Georgia will yield at least 2 5* recruits for SC This year. Helton is lining up a top 5 class, amazing for a virtual lame duck coach. Sorry about the lame duck comment, I meant it in the colloquial sense. 😂. I am glad to see you guys putting the focus outside SoCal. It got annoying losing so many players to you guys. But what a freaking chess move by Helton/Bohn to snag Donte. total savage decapitation move. It yielded instant results. Hurt Oregon, revitalized SC.Good luck.
Probably looking at around 20-21 this year for Oregon. Recruiting has been slow for most teams not located in a recruiting hotbed for obvious reasons (well, unless you are ASU! 😆) But now that visits are back on, we should be seeing a lot of recruits committing to Oregon in the next few weeks.
Donte is definitely cleaning up on DB recruits in the So Cal area--that is for sure!! Oregon is (and has been for a while) a national recruiting force. Heck, we have 9 commits from 7 different states so far.....so close up Cali, and we'll just dig elsewhere. And note that 5 of those current recruits are from the south--Mississippi, Oklahoma, Alabama, Texas.
Congrats, bigballss and other Wildwest Trojans!! Likely with Oregon's small class, we will finally have to abdicate our 3-year rein of best recruiting class in the p12.
That said, it's still a few months away from mid-December....let's see what ol' Crystal Balls has up his sleeve? Don't think we'll pass USC unless we land 1 or 2 5-stars ourselves, but should still land a solid Top 10-15 class.
Heck, we're still waiting on seeing how the 2021 class will end....JTT just visited Oregon this week....lol!!
Fight On! always love some Good news
Ya, bb, USC is doing very well. UCLA is 3rd in PAC 12 and 23 nationally, but that doesn't include the WR, Pegan, so maybe we move to 21 or 22 nationally.
awww come on man, dont ruin my buzz.
Did you forget about something?
