it has a big dose of garlic that really rounds out the flavor

Whenever I want a brighter tomato flavor or some tomatillo tang,
Herdez makes the good stuff, respectively their Salsa Casera and Roasted Salsa Verde
But for dipping, my own salsa fresca is the bomb, with plenty of sweet onion, cilantro, and lime juice, before addking more salt than you might think you need
