I sell it as is. realtor got cold feet before we closed, so I lowered the price to $1.00. I had to convince him to buy it for $1.00 too. True story. All of it. we closed, I put in my insurance claim and cashed my $115k check. later, I found a burned down house in Kentucky and did the same thing. There, I just saved you the $99.00 cost of my seminar. “ get rich with Yesla”, oh wait, that’s my other book, “ buy burned down houses and get rich”. You don’t need to move to Texas or similar state. You can live by the beach in SoCal.
