I don't know , depends on how much he wants to come back to SoCal. He is from Glendora. Chip makes $6mill a year, Smith will prob be offered more. Good recruiting territory, B1G next year. Kinda made sense to me when I heard it.

UCLA athletic director Martin Jarmond, however, says the report is not accurate.
