Hahaha! I can just see it, a proposal put before the Regents to pay UC players NIL cash with state funds.

I thin kit is obvious what the Regents want when it comes to that whole UCLA leaving the PAC-12 thing. They want some of the money for themselves. You don't think they exist to better the lives of UC students and the Universities themselves do you?
