Biggins did not spend his usual "ucly hyperbole" on this guy.....must "splain alty not screaming "Boom." Sounds like a future decomit.
Per Biggins, "We've described Pegan several times as a late bloomer who is just coming in to his own. This past season was his first taking varsity snaps and despite being limited to four games due to injuries, still had 24 catches for 426 yards and three touchdowns, plus an 84 yard kickoff return for a score in four games. He is a high 3* who could easily become a 4* after this coming season.
We saw Pegan at a Stacks Sports Showcase camp when he was just a sophomore and loved his upside. At 6-4, 200 pounds, he tested very well and dominated the one on one drills. He was running past corners all camp long and showing high level ball skills and a huge catch "
Not a Boom?
