Red versus Blue is what I saw as a Commentray on the schools and their alignments in which leagues. They said it was all about culture and neither Oregon or Washington matched the culture of the Big 12 which is predominantly Red while the two NW schools are primarily Blue. Travel wouldn't be the issue but culture would be an issue. Don't think I buy into that but who knows. Big 10 would appear to be more suitable since many of thse schools are Blue...or same culture....but than you have academics and Oregon doesn't exactly meet that criteria but than again neither does Nebraska...so not sure about that one either....saw a whole pogram pushing those ideas...
I'm not buying those schools paying the GOR. $500 million each. Rumor was FSU negotiated $300 mil over ten years. Why would ESPN do that unless they want them in the SEC. Then they have to pay them $80 million/ yr. Same with Clemson. Huh?
Oh. And the Big ten doesn't want the Ducks. Maybe UW in six years with ND. If they ever come around. But their still pissed at Michigan from the 60s.
Right now I'm buying UA to big 12. And Ducks/ DUB right behind after the George presentation on Tuesday.

Yeah. I've seen that, with no reference
