I know this may surprise you, but never did enjoy management. It seemed most of my time was dealing with subordinate's complaints. It's amazing how things really haven't changed since junior high when it comes to so called professionals being able to get a long. Although I must admit I did enjoy firing people that deserved to be fired.
I don't envy the next AD's challenges. He , she, It, is expected to do a job as good as the last AD while dealing with a hornets nest of empowered woketards.
