USC Expecting a 2025 LB Commitment

AJ Tuitele, Vegas player, signed with Wazzu in December. Was let out of his commitment when the Wazzu staff quit.

Good size. Texas and USC battle, Johnny Nansen leading the recruiting for Texas. I laughed when some of you complained about him when he was at USC. Untrained eyes. Pre NIL the guy was a recruiting beast, In the NIL era with Texas money he is dominating. Texas beat Oregon in 2025 recruiting.

He was supposed to announce today at 4:00 with USC being the favorite. He postponed the announcement until tomorrow. Either Nansen/Sark are stuffing the bag or Oregon got involved, I don’t know but i definitely don’t like it. Tuitele ended up ranked higher than USC targets Mikhail, Perlotte and Wyatt and only a few spots behind Faraimo ON3 rankings.

If I hear some booshet tomorrow about how he talked to God and it was God’s plan that he go to to Texas or Oregon, imma be pissed. So barring God getting involved, the pick should be USC tomorrow.

Funny. AJ Tuitele was a pretty solid linebacker who played for my quacks 20 years ago.

Same position, but I'm guessing no relation unless Oregon's AJ was around 20 when he knocked up his GF....

That’s exactly right. Carson Colts had a legendary coach too, Gene Vollnogle(sp). When we played Carson the game was at the Long Beach Vet because neither high school could accommodate the huge crowds. In the 70’s and 80’s Banning dominated the City section. The championship game was at the Coliseum. Only one side was open for fan sitting but I bet we got 25k fans there. We played Granada Hills one year when Elway was their QB. He beat us with a last drive touchdown. Something he did throughout his nfl career. A 40 yd touchdown pass as time ran out. Incredible.
