Has that been finalized and does it inlcude independets? If it does then the Big 10 shot themselves in the foot unless the SEC made the decision to let ND get the free ride...afterall they call most of the shots..

It hasn’t been formally finalized nor the date it take effects. The 12 team playoffs ( which includes Indy’s) was approved by the Presidents Panel of all conferences. Needs a final vote from the commissioners of the conferences. Which is a formality. The way it is structured ND can get in as an at large team. But only conference champions can get a first round bye.
