Yeah those cities are all inland by either 5-15 minutes from the coast. Mission Viejo is behind the Laguna hills and Rancho Santa margarita is tucked behind the San Juan hills a little further south.
So Mission v is inland behind Laguna. And ram is inland right behind San Clemente kinda.
San Juan is basically right there behind Dana and many lots have ocean views. Just from distance.
The most similar weather to Laguna Dana and San Clemente is San Juan because that opening where they lie opens right up to and down to the beach. Capo beach. Capistrano beach really should be part of San Juan. Not sure why it’s not. Or maybe San Clemente. It’s an area of Dana that doesn’t really fit. Dana kinda starts at that bridge on pch. Yet capo beach goes the other way and melts into San Clemente you can’t even tell where it ends and San c starts. Same topography.
Irvine is a little further north. Basically inland from Newport.
And yes they all are I would say 10 degrees warmer than the coastal cities. Probably due to lack of coastal fog and breezes. I actually prefer their weather to here. But then again I’ve been reminded I don’t “belong” here and am some sort of beach dwelling bastard child because I don’t worship everything about coastal living 24/7
No. You might be thinking about Spafford. USC is chasing him but I haven’t heard that he is flipping. Yet. I’m reading we are throwing around some serious cash.
I ran 11 flat in college. Yards. That means I’d have been staring at these guys 10 yards in front of me. That’s like losing 59-0. lol. I was considered fast too. Man does this make me feel old
11 flat in 100 yds = about 11.9 100 m. Maybe you would have been 7-8 yards in the rears. 11.0 100 yds is pretty fast, above average and faster than most.
In HS my times: 100 yds = 10.0, 220 yds 22.5, 440 yds 50.2, LJ 23-6. League Champ in 100, 220, 3rd 440, 2nd in LJ.
Thing I long jumped 21 or 22 feet. Which I was told by a fraternity brother was incredible. He said “dude i won the state of Washington high school long jump at 22’9. You’re rolling out here leaping 22 with no coaching no training just walking over from campus? That’s insane”.
All I know is at the time the world record by Bob Beamon was 29 feet 6 inches maybe? I mean like 7 and a half feet further than anything I did. And when you’re standing there that looks like a mile. So I wasn’t that impressed with myself. Even usc track guys I think were doing like 25 feet. These guys weren’t inches ahead of my. They were FEET. Like many feet. Multiple feet. Hahahahaha
Lemon doesn’t have fake you In a phone booth moves.
This is why they favored branch repeatedly over him and kept giving that idiot chances.
Oh. Lemon just runs the route he’s supposed to. Keeps moving when the play breaks down. Catches the ball. Runs to daylight. Continues when he’s hit rather than falling down when someone blows on him
As I posted for about a year before he got his due. Lemon is just a football player. And a really good one. He reminds me of that ram. The wr from byu. The hakuna matata kid. He just does everything you want him to do doesn’t make negative plays and doesn’t give the ball up
Personally I think this is what Troy Polamalu would have been like had he played offense
OT. Java, Ballss, Doc, what's the climate like in SJ Capistrano, Mission Viejo and Irvine? Do they have the nice coastal climate like you guys have?
Rancho Santa Margarita gets pretty warm and hot in the summer right?
This guy? Isn’t he a Georgia commit?
Getting Trent Mosley would be a big Kaboom. He's like Makai Lemon but a little bit faster. Trent will play as a freshman. A big Shaka...
