USC Leads For Top SoCal Backer

When I was that young man on campus in the 80’s there was a player driving a 280z with the plate “ SCBACKER”. If I think about long enough I might remember who it was.

Back on topic, looks like we will win this one against the Irish.

Wow, that's great news. For many months, Faraimo was a big lean to ND, 98%. Man, the coaches did great work recruiting him hard. He's the # 1 LB in Calif. Crossing my fingers that Madden signs with USC. Dam, we need LB's... Cheers.

You got to admit Ballss, the last 2-3 yrs the recruiting game has turned for the worse, crazy sheet. NIL change everything. It's an Up and Down type process. Heck early verbals are meaningless anymore. Money is the # 1 concern for the top players. No more, "It's my dream school and the education is tops" and loyalty for players. The student athlete status is over. Just show me the money.

I do not care how good a coach is, he has to get/land the very best players and develop them. Our freaken C. LR is a Bum when it comes to recruiting. The below average talent/roster for USC falls on him due to 2 years of bad recruiting. 2025 HS will turn out very good if the rumored flips takes place. But, C. LR must shop the up coming TP hard, like when he 1st got here. There are too many holes to fill.

I wish somehow USC can get rid of C. LR. He is a very incompetent HC, He is Helton 2. USC needs a smart, hard working HC who is passionate about the school and football. A HC who can rebuild our FB program in 2 short years. It can be done. Cheers.
