minus 37 scholarship players from the 2021 squad. Riley has confirmed that he will be hitting the transfer portal hard after spring. USC will bring in about 20 transfer players Before fall camp. There will be 70 scholarship players in the spring , with 6 high school players joining in the fall. Riley has all sorts of flexibility and open spots.
