USC, UCLA and the PAC12 Demise

When are we gonna wake up?

Things are bad for us West Coasters.

Lots of factors and yes the NIL and transfer portal is a huge issue.

But so was eSECpn controlling CFB. Like stealing Texas and Ok from the B12.

So were the dirty cops at the ncaa.

So are CA demographics.

So are parochial schools who are impacting CA HS football.

All play a part.

But one additonal factor is the SEC juice.

Just spoke with a Dad of a local Top 100 National recruit (this cycle). Over beers and a tailgate so low key. Yes both local school offered.

Said Nick Saban gave the best pitch he’s ever heard and if he was still at Bama they would be going there.

He just mentioned the energy at sec games. Says there is no comparison to SC and the laughable ucla games. Im making up the laughable part.

But ask yourself. Have you been to Nashville vs Westwood or LA Live? Bro, its not happening.

Now we make fun of some of these places (athens, the swamp etc) but until you have been there do you really know?

A good friend went to basically every major campus in America over the last 15 years.

He said Texas A&M had the hottest women but said all the major SEC schools had it going on. Especially if you like blondes and white ones. And yes most athletes do. USC has way less then they used to.

Red states are winning. Blue states not so much.

Long story short. Kid got paid and is happy to leave town and go play in the eSECpn zone.
