It all goes back to the failed Pac-12 Channel.......no cable coverage in a lot of SoCal. Weird times for games (especially for USC.....home game on Thursday nights?

The hubris that lead the presidents to refuse lowering their rights fees in order to sign with Directv was mind boggling. And refusing to partner with ESPN was mind boggling too. Hubris lead to the demise of the Pac 12 as well as USC envy.

UW President got caught in a lie. The real truth is UW was always negotiating with the big ten and was just waiting for CU to bolt first. Utah wanted big 12 all along, their President was the leader in the $50 mil offer.

Shows you George's hands were tied. He knew the worth of the PAC was $30 mil, but you had Presidents with self serving interests and none of it included keeping the PAC together

OSU/WSU got left in the lurch. Cal/ Furd end up on the East Coast. Enjoy your travels.

They want to merge with the mtn west. Claim the pac12 name rights and power 5 status.

Then create a leage where you can be promoted and relegated in and out of the pac to the mw and back again. And thus in and out of group 5. D1. I mean that would be very entertaining

All leadership, including the commis were incompetent Oct 2022 when ESPN offered 30+ mill per school. Like did not one of them see the half filled stadiums? That was a total shit show. UW & UO had no choice to take the B1G offer or not being seen on Apple.

F**k those others complaining. They had their chance to be the adult in that Oct 2022 meeting with ESPN.
