Ok not ucla. But check this
The four new Big Ten teams will not be eligible to play in the league’s bowl games this year or next.
Big 12 commissioner Brett Yormark confirmed on Tuesday that the 10 schools leaving the Pac-12 will still play in the Pac-12 affiliated bowls over the next two seasons. That would mean USC, UCLA, Oregon and Washington will not be selected to play in any Big Ten bowl games this year or next.
Not sure why the big 12 guy is commenting on pac bowls. Screw him. So I’m not sure which bowls are in the playoff. Rose bowl is in. So that’s not an option. But vegas. Alamo. Holiday. Any other bowls the pac used to be associated with? This seems like there will more more games than teams
Not sure what happens after these two years. Just looking here. It appears Oregon will be a playoff team so they’re out. UCLA won’t make a bowl. They’re out. Uw is borderline. And I see usc going 9-3 and being left out
So to me that looks like USC will play in their new home away from home. The holiday bowl.
Didn't know that. But it sort of makes sense.
BTW I only see one more loss for USC to either PSU, Neb or ND this season. I also see 2 losses for this duck team.
USC got their first loss out of the way early, which helps keeps them in the playoff running imo. Ducks will likely lose to tOSU and at Wisconsin. Would a two-loss team that makes the conference championship but loses to tOSU make the playoffs vs a two-loss B1G team that doesn't make the CCG?
Will be interesting to see how this plays out going forward. Might it be an advantage to be the 3rd best team in the B1G......?
